Referral program terms

Last updated 2026-08-22. These cover the referral program only — the product itself has its own terms.

1. Joining

You must be 18 or older and have a valid PayPal account to receive payouts. Joining is free and doesn't require buying Vowlist. Your code goes live when you verify your email.

2. What you earn

$10 per completed sale made with your code or link, credited when the buyer pays. A credit matures 31 days after the purchase (buyers have a 30-day refund window). Matured credits are paid in a monthly batch to your PayPal. The buyer gets $10 off at checkout.

3. What voids a credit

A refund or chargeback before maturity cancels that sale's credit. Credits obtained by fraud are void. If a chargeback lands after we've already paid you, we flag it but don't claw the money back.

4. Not allowed

Buying through your own code (self-referral) — blocked at checkout and voided if it slips through.
Running search or social ads on the "Vowlist" brand name or lookalikes.
Spam — unsolicited bulk messages, forum flooding, DM blasts.
Presenting yourself as Vowlist staff, or making claims about the product that aren't true.
Promising earnings figures we don't state. The only numbers are: $10 per sale, via PayPal, ~31 days after purchase.

5. Disclosure is required

Wherever you promote your link you must disclose that you earn a referral fee — "#ad" or "I earn a referral fee if you buy through this link". This is an FTC requirement in the US and simple honesty everywhere else.

6. The program can change or end

We may change or end the program prospectively at any time. Credits already earned are honored: anything matured or maturing under the old rules is still paid out.

7. Enforcement

We can disable a referrer for breaking these rules; the code stops working and unmatured credits from the violation are void. If you think we got it wrong, write to hello@getvowlist.com — a human reads it.
